Knocked this up the other night and it was pretty tasty.
1 Medium Sized Pumkin
1 Cup Lentils
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Sage
1 Onion
1 Cup Passata
1 Cup of Stock
Dice and sweat onion in a little olive oil
